- 4 cups red leaf lettuce
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, cut in halves
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Toss in the celery, apples, grapes and walnuts.
- Line four salad plates with the red leaf lettuce, then spoon the salad in the center of each plate.
