- 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
- 12 ounces whipped cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (1 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
- In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple, and gelatin. Cover, and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
