Viennese Coffee Recipe

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
  • ¾ cup powdered nondairy creamer
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  1. Creating the Jar:
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry a 1-pint wide-mouth canning jar.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed. Premixing is required for this recipe. Transfer the mixture to the canning jar.
  4. Secure the lid, and decorate as desired . Attach the following instructions for making the coffee:

  6. Pint-Jar Yield: About 16 servings
  7. Place 4 heaping teaspoons of the Jar mix In a cup or mug. Add 8 ounces boiling water, stir well, and enjoy.
