Viennese Coffee Recipe
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup instant coffee granules
- ¾ cup powdered nondairy creamer
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Creating the Jar:
- Wash and thoroughly dry a 1-pint wide-mouth canning jar.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed. Premixing is required for this recipe. Transfer the mixture to the canning jar.
- Secure the lid, and decorate as desired . Attach the following instructions for making the coffee:

- Pint-Jar Yield: About 16 servings
- Place 4 heaping teaspoons of the Jar mix In a cup or mug. Add 8 ounces boiling water, stir well, and enjoy.
