- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
- 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin powder
- 3 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
- Whipped cream (garnish)
- Strawberries (garnish)
- Pour juice into medium microwaveable bowl, sprinkle gelatin over juice. Let stand 5 minutes to dissolve. Heat juice and gelatin in microwave on High for 15 seconds, stir, repeat.
- Pour juice mixture into blender, add fruit, yogurt, and liquid gelatin. Puree for 3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
