Very Berry Strawberry Smoothie Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1/3 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
  • Whipped cream (garnish)
  • Strawberries (garnish)
  1. Pour juice into medium microwaveable bowl, sprinkle gelatin over juice. Let stand 5 minutes to dissolve. Heat juice and gelatin in microwave on High for 15 seconds, stir, repeat.
  2. Pour juice mixture into blender, add fruit, yogurt, and liquid gelatin. Puree for 3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
