Venison kebabs Recipe

  • 3 venison sausages, skin removed
  • 6 prunes
  • 3 wooden skewers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. Start by rolling the venison meat into nine small balls.
  3. Take a skewer and alternately place a venison ball then a prune; each skewer should have three venison balls and two prunes.
  4. Heat a frying pan add the oil and gently brown the kebabs.
  5. Place into the preheated oven for six minutes and serve.
