Veggie, Fruit, and Nut Nutritious Green Smoothie! Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced raw beet
  • 1/2 pear, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Blend spinach, carrots, beet, pear, milk, banana, cottage cheese, walnuts, almonds, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.
