Vanilla Almond Protein Shake Recipe

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 2/3 cup powdered non-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (such as Jell-o®)
  1. Blend ice, almonds, and 1/4 cup water in a blender until the almonds have been pulverized. Add remaining water, powdered milk, and pudding mix; continue blending until smooth.
