Unfried Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until cooked through.
  2. Add broth and soy sauce. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in vegetables and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. Stir before serving.
