Two-Ingredient Cake AKA Healthy, Flourless Apple Pie Recipe

  • 4 1/2 pounds apples, peeled and grated
  • 2 1/4 pounds millet
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Butter a 9×13-inch baking sheet.
  2. Mix apples and millet together in the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until millet is tender, about 90 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
