- 1/4 cup Safeway SELECT Verdi Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Lucerne Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- Using half of 1 Safeway SELECT Artisan Kalamata Olive Bread (20 oz.), cut diagonally to make 12 slices, about 1/4 inch thick and 5 inches long. Lay slices on an 11- by 17-inch baking sheet.
- Brush slices evenly with 1/4 cup Safeway SELECT Verdi Olive Oil.
- Bake in a 350 degrees F oven, turning slices halfway through, until crisp and lightly browned, about 25 minutes total.
- In a bowl with mixer on high speed, beat 1/3 cup Lucerne Whipping Cream and 2 tablespoons vodka until mixture holds soft, distinct peaks.
