- 2 Sutton & Dodge® beef loin petite sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms® balsamic vinegar dressing
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Heat grill. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place steaks on grill over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 8 to 12 minutes, turning once for medium rare or to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Place grilled steaks on serving plates; top with tomatoes.
