Tuscan Steak Salad Recipe

  • 1 pound beef loin boneless strip steak, thick cut
  • 1 (10 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Italian salad
  • 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/4 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
  1. Heat grill. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Place steak on grill. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side. Turn again and cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let rest while preparing remainder of salad.
  3. Toss salad with 1/2 cup of the dressing. Arrange on platter. Arrange tomato wedges over top.
  4. Slice steak into 1/4-inch slices; arrange down center of platter. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
