- 1 pound beef loin boneless strip steak, thick cut
- 1 (10 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Italian salad
- 3/4 cup Archer Farms™ balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/4 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
- Heat grill. Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Place steak on grill. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side. Turn again and cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let rest while preparing remainder of salad.
- Toss salad with 1/2 cup of the dressing. Arrange on platter. Arrange tomato wedges over top.
- Slice steak into 1/4-inch slices; arrange down center of platter. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
