Tuscan Skilletini Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Italian vegetable blend
  • 1 rotisserie roast chicken, pulled and diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen roasted potatoes, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 cup chunky Italian tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Borden® Shred Medleys™ Tuscan Herb Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions
  1. COMBINE oil, water and vegetables in large skillet; cook over medium-high heat until moisture has evaporated and vegetables are fully heated.
  2. ADD chicken, potatoes and tomato sauce to skillet; toss to blend.
  3. SPRINKLE seasoned cheese over top; cover and let stand until cheese melts.
