Tuscan Skilletini Recipe
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen Italian vegetable blend
- 1 rotisserie roast chicken, pulled and diced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen roasted potatoes, prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup chunky Italian tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Borden® Shred Medleys™ Tuscan Herb Shredded Cheese, seasoned according to package directions
- COMBINE oil, water and vegetables in large skillet; cook over medium-high heat until moisture has evaporated and vegetables are fully heated.
- ADD chicken, potatoes and tomato sauce to skillet; toss to blend.
- SPRINKLE seasoned cheese over top; cover and let stand until cheese melts.
