- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 (30 ounce) package JENNIE-0 TURKEY STORE® Seasoned Pepper Breast Tenderloin, cut into 1-inch strips
- 3 cups sliced red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup green onion, sliced into 3-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 8 teaspoons reduced-fat sour cream or crumbled queso fresco cheese
- 8 flavored tortillas, warmed
- Salsa verde, if desired
- Fresh limes, if desired
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add turkey. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in center. Remove turkey from skillet. Drain excess liquid from skillet, if necessary.
- Add bell peppers, green onions and garlic to skillet. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with salt and ground red pepper. Return turkey to skillet. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
- Spread 1 teaspoon sour cream on one side of each tortilla. Spoon turkey and bell pepper mixture over sour cream; roll up tortillas. Serve with salsa verde and fresh limes, if desired.
