- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Mix turkey, bread crumbs, milk, salt, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, the pepper, onion and egg. Shape mixture into twenty 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in oil about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown.
- Stir remaining ingredients into skillet with meatballs. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
