Turkey BLT Recipe
- 8 slices Safeway SELECT Extra Thick Natural Hardwood Smoked Bacon
- 2 tablespoons Safeway Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon O Organics™ Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 4 thick center slices Safeway SELECT Artisan San Francisco-Style Sourdough Bread round, halved
- 8 slices tomato
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey
- 8 leaves red, green, or butter leaf lettuce
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove to paper towels and cover to keep warm. While bacon is cooking, in a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and dressing; set aside. Toast bread.
- Spread mayo mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Top with tomatoes, a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper, bacon, turkey, lettuce, and remaining bread.
