Turkey and Pineapple Quesadillas Recipe

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ taco seasoning
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ hot chile pineapple grilling sauce
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey
  • 1 cup Archer Farms™ Mexican-style cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple, well drained and blotted with paper towels
  1. In small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Spread hot chile pineapple grilling sauce on 2 tortillas. Layer with turkey, cheese and pineapple. Top with remaining tortillas.
  3. Spray top of each quesadilla and large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Cook each quesadilla 4 minutes or until light golden brown; turning once. Serve with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
