- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ taco seasoning
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ hot chile pineapple grilling sauce
- 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ Mexican-style cheese blend
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple, well drained and blotted with paper towels
- In small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- Spread hot chile pineapple grilling sauce on 2 tortillas. Layer with turkey, cheese and pineapple. Top with remaining tortillas.
- Spray top of each quesadilla and large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Cook each quesadilla 4 minutes or until light golden brown; turning once. Serve with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
