Turkey and Citrus Salad Recipe

  • 8 ounces sugar snap peas, trimmed and halved
  • 2 cups leftover roast turkey, pulled into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
  1. Toss snap peas, turkey meat, spinach leaves, mixed salad greens, mushrooms, mandarin orange pieces, walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing lightly in a salad bowl to combine, and serve.
