Tuna Wrap Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can canned chopped green chiles
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Combine tuna, chili peppers, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Cut cream cheese into quarters. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese and a quarter of the tuna mixture on each tortilla.
- Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Spoon 1/4 cup salsa and 1/8 cup shredded cheese over each tortilla. Microwave on High for 20 more seconds.
