- 1 cos lettuce, roughly chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 100g/3½oz tinned tuna, drained
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- handful fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ mozzarella ball, cut into cubes
- 110g/4oz spaghetti, cooked according to packet instructions, drained and allowed to cool
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- For the salad, place all the salad ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- For the dressing, place the oil and vinegar into a bowl, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
- To serve, pour the dressing over the salad, stir well and place into serving bowls.
