- 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter, softened
 - 3 tablespoons Tassos™ Bruschetta Classico
 - 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
 - 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
 
- Heat grill.
 - In a small bowl, combine butter, Tassos and rosemary; set aside.
 - When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Place tuna steaks over medium heat; cover. Cook for 10 to 14 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with olive tapenade butter.
