- 1/2 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 small red onion, coarsely chopped
- Place the pineapple, mango, cilantro, lime juice, and red onion in a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are combined and chopped to desired texture, about 4 or 5 times.
