Tropical Fruit Snacking Cup Recipe

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 mango, peeled, pit removed and cut into cubes
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into large cubes
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into large dice
  • 1 1/2 cups purple grapes, stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3/4 cup mango nectar
  1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. To serve, spoon into chilled or frosty glasses, serve cold and enjoy.
