- 2 cups refrigerated chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 firm bananas, cut into thick slices
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ mango curry sauce
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ chopped cashews, toasted
- Gently toss pineapple, bell pepper, bananas and curry sauce in large bowl.
- Sprinkle with cashews.
