- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 3/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped cooked turkey breast
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- Arrange crackers in single layer on large microwaveable plate; top evenly with lettuce.
- Mix turkey, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the mustard and mayo; spoon over lettuce. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and the tomatoes.
- Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
