TRISCUIT Turkey Club Recipe

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 3/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey breast
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  1. Arrange crackers in single layer on large microwaveable plate; top evenly with lettuce.
  2. Mix turkey, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the mustard and mayo; spoon over lettuce. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and the tomatoes.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
