Tortelloni Wreath with Pesto Dip Recipe

  • 1 (9 ounce) package DI GIORNO Mozzarella Garlic Tortelloni
  • 1 (9 ounce) package DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni
  • 1 (8 ounce) container PHILADELPHIA Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1 (7 ounce) package DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  1. Add both packages of pasta to 4 quarts boiling water. Boil gently, uncovered, 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sauce and juice until well blended. Place in small round bowl.
  3. Place bowl in middle of platter; arrange pasta in wreath shape around bowl. Garnish with green and red pepper slices and pitted ripe olives.
