Tomato Pesto Tart Recipe

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's® Whole Tomatoes, sliced
  1. Unfold puff pastry on floured surface; crimp edges. Place on baking sheet sprayed with PAM(R) cooking spray.
  2. Spread pesto evenly across pastry; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, tomato slices, and remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
