- 100g/3½oz fresh spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes, blanched, peeled and chopped
- 3 slices Parma ham, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
- Drain the spaghetti and stir in the chopped tomatoes, Parma ham, olive oil and black pepper.
- To serve, spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with fresh basil.
