Tomato and Parma ham spaghetti Recipe

  • 100g/3½oz fresh spaghetti
  • 2 tomatoes, blanched, peeled and chopped
  • 3 slices Parma ham, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
  2. Drain the spaghetti and stir in the chopped tomatoes, Parma ham, olive oil and black pepper.
  3. To serve, spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with fresh basil.
