- 1 tablespoon butter
 - 4 slices whole wheat bread
 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 banana, sliced
 
- Spread butter onto whole wheat bread.
 - Heat bread slices in a grill pan over low heat until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
 - Cut each grilled slice into 4 pieces. Top with sweetened condensed milk and banana slices.
