- 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 package instant maple and brown sugar oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chopped toasted peanuts
- Cinnamon
- Place apple and juice in a small saucepan and simmer on medium-low until fruit is soft, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare oatmeal in a cardboard to-go cup.
- Spoon fruit mixture over oats and sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon.
