- 2 frozen whole-wheat waffles
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- While waffles are toasting, place berries, juice, and sugar in a bowl and mash with a fork. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
- Place waffles on a paper plate and top with mash and seeds.
