The Memory Booster Recipe

  • 2 frozen whole-wheat waffles
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  1. While waffles are toasting, place berries, juice, and sugar in a bowl and mash with a fork. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
  2. Place waffles on a paper plate and top with mash and seeds.
