- 1 sugar cube soaked with Angostura bitters
- 1 handful of cracked ice cubes
- 2 ounces Cognac
- 2 ounces Champagne
- 1/4 ounce Chartreuse liqueur
- Place 1 sugar cube in a coupe glass and soak with Angostura bitters. Add a handful of cracked ice cubes and 2 ounces Cognac; top with 2 ounces Champagne. Drizzle with 1/4 ounce Chartreuse liqueur. Add ice until almost brimming.
