Thai Turkey Burgers Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package ground turkey
  • 3 teaspoons pre-made Thai peanut sauce mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup refrigerated Archer Farms™ Mango Peach Salsa
  • 4 hamburger buns
  1. Heat George Foreman or panini grill.
  2. Combine turkey, Thai sauce and onion; form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill turkey patties for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  4. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and salsa.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns and top with mayonnaise mixture. Use any remaining sauce for dipping.
