- 1 (20 ounce) package ground turkey
- 3 teaspoons pre-made Thai peanut sauce mix
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Market Pantry™ mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup refrigerated Archer Farms™ Mango Peach Salsa
- 4 hamburger buns
- Heat George Foreman or panini grill.
- Combine turkey, Thai sauce and onion; form into 4 patties.
- Grill turkey patties for 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and salsa.
- Serve on hamburger buns and top with mayonnaise mixture. Use any remaining sauce for dipping.
