Thai Salad Recipe

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into 2-inch strips
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 3/4 pound cooked flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch red-pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  1. Mix together the greens, bell pepper, onion, and basil. Add the steak. Blend the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Top with peanuts.
