- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into 2-inch strips
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 pound cooked flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch red-pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- Mix together the greens, bell pepper, onion, and basil. Add the steak. Blend the dressing and drizzle over the salad. Top with peanuts.
