- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Thai red rice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ Thai peanut sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- Bring water to boiling in small saucepan.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in rice and salt. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Stir in sauce and onion. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with peanuts.
