- 2 (12 ounce) packages al fresco® Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black soy beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder (spicy)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- In a medium skillet coated with olive oil, saute al fresco chicken sausage, onions, peppers, and garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Cook on low 20 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream (optional).
