Tex-Mex chilli beans Recipe

  • 400g/14oz tin of baked beans
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  1. Strain the beans and place in a saucepan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the sugar, spices, vinegar and water. Heat through for five minutes and pour into a bowl to serve.
