Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ Vegetable Oil
  • 1 chicken stir-fry kit
  • 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ Instant Rice
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook stirring and tossing for 4 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and toss for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki marinade and cook, stirring for an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve over white rice.
