- 1 (1.5 ounce) envelope low-calorie vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 3/4 cups low fat milk
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ vanilla chai instant tea beverage
- 1 cup Archer Farms™ green tea fusion granola clusters
- 1/2 cup frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
- Prepare pudding as directed on package except–use 1 3/4 cup milk. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- When ready to assemble parfaits, stir chai tea into pudding. In 4 wine glasses or glass dessert dishes, layer about 1/4 cup pudding, 1 tablespoon granola, 2 tablespoons whipped topping, about 1/4 cup additional pudding and remaining tablespoon granola for each parfait.
