Tarte au Sucre II Recipe

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour the filling into unbaked pie crust
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
