Tandoori Spiced Lamb Chops Recipe

  • 2 shoulder lamb chops (each about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori paste
  • Accompaniment: cucumber and celery salad with yogurt
  • available at many supermarkets
  1. Preheat broiler and lightly brush a shallow baking pan with oil.
  2. Pat lamb chops dry and spread with tandoori paste. Season chops with pepper. In baking pan broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 minutes for medium.
  3. Serve lamb chops with salad.
