Tandoori-Spiced Halibut Fillets Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (4 ounce) halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except halibut and oil. Rub fillets on all sides with seasoning. Lightly brush halibut with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill halibut over high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until inside is opaque.
