- 1 teaspoon curry powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 (4 ounce) halibut fillets
 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
 
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except halibut and oil. Rub fillets on all sides with seasoning. Lightly brush halibut with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
 - Grill halibut over high heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until inside is opaque.
