Tamarind Juice Recipe

  • 1/3 cup (100 g) tamarind paste
  • 1 cup (250 ml) warm water
  1. Break off tamarind paste and place in a nonreactive bowl. Add warm water. Let the tamarind soak for 30 minutes, then squeeze and knead the paste until it dissolves. Strain out seeds and fiber, and either use or store the resulting liquid.
