Tako Poki Recipe

  • 1 pound cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt (such as Morton®)
  1. Combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
