- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 8 cups Corn Chex® cereal
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Place butter in an 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 60-70 seconds or until melted. Add taco seasoning. Stir in the cereal until evenly coated. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir. Heat 1 to 1-1/2 minutes longer; stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; microwave for 1 minute. Stir; heat 1 minute longer.
