Taco Loco Dip Recipe

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup chopped black olives
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps
  1. Mix sour cream and seasoning mix in medium bowl. Add tomatoes, lettuce and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese; mix lightly.
  2. Spoon into shallow serving dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with olives. Serve with the crackers.
