Szechuan Sauce Recipe

  • 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sake
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chile paste
  1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
