- 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sake
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chile paste
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
