Swiss Cheese Toasts Recipe

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 24 thin slices baguette
  • 1 green bell pepper, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Mix Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Italian-style salad dressing mix in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Spread cheese mixture onto one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle green bell pepper over the cheese mixture. Arrange bread onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake bread slices in preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and the bread toasted, 10 to 12 minutes.
