- 1 medium acorn squash
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees FC).
- Step 2: Cut squash in half using a large sharp knife, and scoop out seeds. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and Becel Buttery. Rub spice and margarine mixture over cut side of squash. Place on a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until squash is very tender.
